Order Processing Time

All orders will be manufactured within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days after the order has been manufactured.

Production Time for Customized Orders

If your order includes any customization, the production time will depend on the specifications you choose during the order placement.

Please carefully select the customization options during the order process. The production time for customized orders will be communicated to you before completing your purchase.

Return Policy

Eligible items can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving your order. You are eligible to receive a refund only if the items are non-customized and not made to individual order. You must return the items in unused and undamaged condition, along with a receipt or alternative proof of purchase. Refund requests are subject to approval by Shopdaddy-Studio, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund at our discretion.

Exchange Policy

Eligible items can be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving your order. You are eligible to make an exchange only if the items are non-customized and not made to individual order. You must return the items in unused and undamaged condition, along with a receipt or alternative proof of purchase. Exchange requests are subject to approval by Shopdaddy-Studio, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange at our discretion.

Canceling an order

If you wish to cancel your order, just reach out to us via email/phone within 24h of placing your order.

Please note that our orders are fulfilled quickly, and once production of a custom order has begun or the package is shipped (if items are non-customized), we won't be able to process the cancellation request.

Please note, after 14 (fourteen) calendar days we no longer accept returns or exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Change of Delivery Address

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery information into your order, once orders are processed our team automatically begins packing the order and we cannot always guarantee that it will be changed on time.

If your order has been shipped, you must follow our return policy to get a refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!

Initiating a return

Return shipping

Shopdaddy-Studio is not responsible for return shipping costs. When shipping items for return or exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shopdaddy-Studio cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items, and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Processing your refund or exchange

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 24-72 hours of your package being delivered to us. For refunds or exchanges, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information to the email address and/or device linked to your original purchase.
